Di che cosa si tratta

La risorsa, inserita nel team dedicato al reparto di packaging, riportando al proprio Coordinator, si occuperà di

revisione della documentazione di produzione (Batch Record);
l’interazione con gli operatori e la comprensione del funzionamento delle linee di confezionamento;

Quale sarà il tuo contributo

Laurea magistrale in Chimica/Farmacia/Biotecnologie/CTF/Biologia o similari;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in realtà di produzione;
Disponibilità full time.

Completano il profilo proattività, competenze analitiche e spirito di squadra.

What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

Executing the Pharmaceutical Development trials and scale-up within the Pharma Technology department as a Technology Transfer Specialist (the role is called Formulation Specialist).
Supporting the Manufacturing department in the execution of demo and validation batches.
Contributing to the resolution of technology-related issues and to the continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing department.
Collecting and elaborating data by using the statistic tools.
Issuing and update the department SOPs, creating batch records for the trials and Technology Transfers.
Managing the Pharma Technology laboratory (balance calibration, instruments cleaning and use, etc.) and managing the raw materials stock of the department (stock check, supplier identification, etc.).
Applying safety and GMP norms and regulations.

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

An university degree in the Scientific domain (e.g. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar)
A previous experience within Formulation, Technology Transfer or Industrialization functions in a context of pharmaceutical production of oral solids (around 6 months/1 year) is preferred but not necessary
You bring in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), previous experience with SAP and/or a ERP system software represents a plus
Basic knowledge of statistical tools
Strong communication skills, high analytical skills and excellent team working approach; a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude characterize yourself
Knowledge of GMP is considered a plus
Fluent English language skills finalize your profile.

What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

Dynamic interaction with internal and external customers to drive innovation
Be part of Global Operations multidisciplinary group dealing with plant engineering, automation and applications
Support digital roadmap implementation and engineering/production project
Application of global engineering standards, best practices to the manufacturing sites
Provide scientific engineering solutions to problems in Global Manufacturing with focus on operations excellence and KPI satisfaction
Taking care of utilities/equipment/computerized System Validation lifecycle (e2e)
Support in managing the inventory of computerized systems of the plant, undertake an evaluation of the risk and propose mitigations
Ensure top-level helpdesk of ERP (i.e. SAP), MES, serialisation and/or computerized systems of competence

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

University degree Biotechnologies, Engineering or comparable
Experienced with validation, CSV in Pharma or comparable (1 year) is preferred
Risk management, data management, data integrity knowledges
Knowledge of ERP system is beneficial
Knowledge of validation techniques (GMP; GAMP; WHO, CFR21…)
OPEX problem solving techniques is beneficial
Interpersonal understanding and communication skills
Fluency in business English
